Balance Classes
Small group classes with a physio tailored program specific to you with a combination of balance training and strengthening exercises. These classes are perfect for those who have had recent falls, or just a little unsteady on the feet.
Classes currently on Wednesdays at 1pm, but please call to enquire about alternate times.
